The ideal candidate will be comfortable working ondeveloping business opportunities with new clients and managing existingrelationships. This individual will also search, identify, and guide candidatesthrough the placement process.
This person should have excellent organizational skills inorder to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and candidates.Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assignedquotas.
